The different segments of web space (traditional, web 2.0 and social media) each have their own user expectations, particularly regarding content. Group Think:
Whenever I am with a group of business owners or manager and they find out that I am in the business of building websites, the same topics always come up: Twitter, Facebook, and blogging.
